Job description:
Looking to hire an experienced or a self-starting and self-motivated individual for inside sales, who is willing to learn in a fast-growing/high-demand industry of electronic component sales. Responsibilities will be to build a book of business through cold calling, finding prospects, identifying potential customers, rekindling business from dormant accounts, maintaining customer relationships, maintaining repeat business, quoting and closing deals, processing orders, and maintaining shipping schedules. Uncapped Monthly Commission (percentage of monthly gross profit).

The Business Development Specialist with AGS Devices will be responsible for developing long term relationship with aerospace manufacturers in the United States, Brazil, and Europe, regarding the sale of electronic, electrical equipment and mostly Aerospace products. He/she will research the international aerospace market and create proposals for the marketing of components for aircraft applications. The Business Development specialists will visit various manufacturers to establish contact and submit proposals. The position requires an individual with a business education background, and knowledge of the goods and services used in the aerospace industry, as well as procurement, and supply chains.

To manage and provide continuous improvement to AGS’s Quality Management System (QMS). The ISO QMS Manager will function as the intermediary bridge between all company departments to assure that the entirety of the business operates withing the scope of the quality management system. They will also interact with customers, vendors, or any other third party related to ISO/AS management.
In addition to maintaining and improving current QMS systems, the QMS Manager will also be responsible for implementing and attaining new certifications. Due to this, the manager requires extensive knowledge of certification programs and the ability to adapt to new requirements.
